Join us for Beyond Birthing's take on the PRENATAL Newborn Essentials class. This class that serves as your backstage pass to the incredible journey of newborn and infant care.

This class covers every practical thing you need to know about bringing baby home.

Key Topics Include:

  • Immediate postpartum

  • First few days in the hospital & at home (what to expect for birthing person, partner & baby)

  • Feeding choices

  • Your new routine

  • All things sleep: swaddle, safe sleep, baby & parents

  • Interacting with baby

  • When to call the pediatrician

  • Postpartum mental health wellness

  • Answering all of your questions!

In addition, we will dive deeper into:

  • Creating a postpartum support plan

  • Shifts in schedules, expectations & relationships

  • Establishing healthy routines and boundaries

  • How to keep all members of your support team on the same page

BONUS: You will gain exclusive access to a Google Classroom full of carefully curated, evidence-based resources to refer back to any time throughout your postpartum journey.

WHEN: We recommend taking this class in your third trimester.

Class Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our classes are small and space is limited, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel:

  • 7+ days before your scheduled class – Full (100%) refund.

  • 3–6 days before class – 50% refund.

  • Less than 3 days before class – We’re unable to offer a refund, but we can provide a credit toward a future Beyond Birthing class. (Affiliate classes are excluded.)

  • If classes are sold out, there will be a $50 fee to reschedule to a new class.
