Our Prenatal Support Group runs as a 6–8 week series (90 minutes per session), offered both virtually and in-person. Each session includes:
First 45–60 minutes: Sharing curated content and resources
Last 30–45 minutes: Open Q&A for you and your partner(s) — partners are encouraged to join!
